Our vision was to create a fine dining menu based on local products and Greek Cuisine. We took inspiration from our Greek Grandmothers’ and Grandfathers’ cooking art and the deep local cuisine’s foundations, yet without limiting ourselves to their traditions.
We are cosmopolitans seeking to create new tastes and high-end food experiences, so we had no limits in combining and mixing flavors from all over the world with the Greek cooking tradition.


The result is a completely new fine dining experience in Gialova where you can savor Greece, enriched with multicultural culinary influences.
The Deroko Casual Fine Dining Restaurant is located at the beach of Gialova, where you can walk barefoot in shorts all day and night. Our Restaurant, a hundred-year-old stone building, originally a warehouse to store grapes, was the ideal place to implement our concept of bringing natural atmosphere by maintaining its rustic elements and keeping it casual.
